What are the structures of HIV virus that are similar or different to the structure of a normal cell?
Also, how is a population of HIV viruses different than a multicellular organism. How does the shape of HIV virus relate to the particular function in the disease?
Please write down your sources. Thanks!

Is that all? Probably best to get a decent text on viruses and their pathology and spent a couple of weeks reading and summarising it.
Long question to answer. I would rather you read for yourself. Here are a few references, unless you have access to pubmed.

There is a great book on retrovirus available for free on Bookshelf in Pubmed.
